I look forward to meeting others who are working on their health from the inside out. I am new to this forum and not sure if it is new too, or I am just not knowing how to find the threads on health realization.
I heard of Psychology of Mind about 10 years ago when I told a friend I was attending school with the intent of being a therapist, but just felt my beliefs conflicted with those of psychology and the disease model. I did find the strength based - brief therapies more in alignment with my thinking, but also saw their lack of popularity discouraging.
I bought as many of the books by Roger Mills, George Pransky, Jack Pransky, Sydney Banks and Bailey, but still didn't understand how it was different than my knowledge of how our thoughts create our reality, thinking all along I have missed a piece to the puzzle of making my life work. Last week I attended a class Jack Pransky held in Vermont and truly think it gave me that missing piece to the puzzle. I am still in a place of having difficulty to describe what I learned or even how it was different, but am feeling empowered and liberated no less. Maybe it was the way Jack, Kelly, Amy, and George Ann were "being" that just eeked into me. Or maybe it was that I was told this before and somehow put all the pieces of the puzzle together because I stopped my usual internal chatter long enough to listen. I don't know, but I feel like I am in a powerful place to change much of what has impeded me to have as meaningful relationships, experiences, and fulfillment than I have in the past. I went wanting to figure out how to pass this along, knowing I had to embody it for myself first. I left only wanting to practice embodying it for myself. The rest will happen (or not). I do have to say it is such a cool thing it is hard not to want to want everyone to learn it and feel how free it makes you feel.
I really hope others come here to play together and discuss how Health Realization has changed them or others or not. I guess I am in a place where I cannot get enough or hear enough about others experience. That is how I feel I learned of it through just feeling the experience of those who expressed it through the training Jack held.
Thanks to all who participated in that. I am forever grateful to the teachers and trainers who were in last weeks training with me.

Welcome, Gigi!
I, too, have experienced a depth of being through HR that I wish to continue cultivating and sharing with others, which led to my creating this site. If you wish to try a peer self-help session, email me via the Contact page.
Blessings,
David
